No huge insights from the call.

• The appeal review for BVS 2.0 data is almost complete.
• The “no capacity” charts for HHG and NTS show no issues, which is strange for this time of year. 
• The Army went back and talked with their Human Resources command, and they dialed back the number of movers for Aug and September by about 3,400...down to 16K from the 19K+ they briefed last week...potentially due to budget restrictions. But still a significant number for those two months.
