Please see the notes and slides from today’s TRANSCOM/Service/Industry call.  Some of the slides are the same as this morning; but there are a few different that are added to this call.

Of note, there were a couple of announcements at the meeting.  First, the new CSS Contractor brought on board is Essnova. This contractor will fully take over the CSS contract from Echo by the end of November.

Also, BG Safranek has orders for November.  His replacement is Mr. Andy Dawson. Dawson is a retired Army Colonel with history in SDDC and USTRANSCOM.

And finally, it appears as though TRANSCOM will use a multiple award strategy for their Non-Temp Storage contract. A new Request for Information (RFI) will be out to industry tomorrow, seeking more information on this strategy.
