Much conversation today over the impact of maintaining the minimum performance score (MPS) from prior to peak season when it was determined, and continuing to use it after the CSS process and paradigm has shifted to a contractor led CSS collection process.

Also, some TSPs are experiencing issues with receiving shipments even if blacked out in that channel. TRANSCOM stated they were not aware of an issue in this area. If you experience this, please submit a help desk ticket with details and screenshots.
