I bolded one area in the notes where TRANSCOM mentioned they are doing an internal look at performance scores in the program in terms of whether the program, as it exists, provides a true reflection of TSP performance, and what they might be able to adjust for next peak season. The two items mentioned were the combined performance score of a move manager and the SCACs they manage; and whether they could create a claims score.
