- Original bill of lading (OBL) / air waybill (AWB)
- Packing list
- Copy of diplomatic card (Diplomats)
- Letter to customs committee (Diplomats)
- Copy of accreditation card (foreigners)
- Ticket from the origin country (returning citizens)
- Customs declaration (returning citizens)
Specific Information
- All non-diplomatic shipments are subject to Customs duties and taxes, which vary from 60% to 110% of the costs, insurance and freight value (CIF); this totals approximately USD 5/kg.
- Copy of AWB and packing list with Uzbek Customs stamps must be shown as proof that shipment is being re-imported (returning citizens).
- Insurance or other documents showing the true value of the goods should not be sent with the shipment in order to avoid the payment of heavy import duties.

- Permission is required from the State Veterinary Service for the import of live animals.
Restricted/Dutiable Items
- Wine and spirits for personal consumption (1 L per person)
- Precious jewelry (maximum 30 grams per person), stones and currency can be imported only as accompanied baggage and must be declared with Customs at the airport.
