My name is Ashlyn Szilagyi and I am currently attending the University of Michigan-Flint. As a full-time computer information systems major, my educational goals are focused on acquiring the necessary technical skills and knowledge to excel in the technology industry. With a strong foundation in programming languages, database management, and information systems analysis, I aim to leverage my education to achieve my career goals in the moving industry.

I have been on the Dean's list every semester, and maintain a 3.81 GPA. Currently, I am employed in a full-time position as an administrative assistant responsible for assisting military families with their household goods movements. I am learning from experienced professionals and gaining a deeper understanding of the relocation industry as a whole. Simultaneously, I am continuing to develop my programming skills and knowledge of information systems to keep up with industry trends and stay relevant in a rapidly evolving field.

After I graduate, I plan to get a master's degree in business administration and hope to move to a leadership role with interstate moving, relocation and logistics. I feel I will be highly effective in leading a team with my previous experience as a retail manager, as well as the knowledge I have gained through college and working in a professional environment.
