A seasoned association professional, Julia is the Director of Membership at the International Association of Movers (IAM). With a 12-year tenure at IAM, she drives strategic membership initiatives to deliver value to the global membership.

Julia's work encompasses member-driven activities and programs to foster engagement and fuel the organization’s membership growth. In addition, she actively contributes to the work of several IAM committees, including the Core Members’ Management Board, the IAM-YP Management Board, and the IAM Leadership Alliance Council. Additionally, Julia serves as the Vice-Chair for the Membership Professionals Advisory Council through the American Society for Association Executives (ASAE).

Julia holds a BA in Psychology from Pepperdine University and is pursuing a master’s degree in management with a specialization in marketing at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
