The IAM Leadership Alliance Council has selected four topics for the 2022 leadership webinar series, based on feedback from IAM membership. If you are interested, or know someone within your organization who is interested in serving as a panelist or moderator for a leadership webinar, please complete the online submission form. The form will allow you to submit information and details about the panel/event you would like to serve on. The topics scheduled for 2022 include:

• DEI: Inclusion—what does it look like?
• Effective Communication
• Motivation and Employee Development
• What it's like to work for a family-owned business
