Post-IAM Annual Meeting Survey
Thank you to everyone who attended this year's IAM Annual Meeting in Long Beach. As always, we are looking to improve for next year's Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. Please take this quick 5 minute survey to help make your IAM-YP Annual Meeting experience even better. Furthermore, please fill out the IAM-YP Annual Meeting survey to provide your input on the group and let us know if you are interested in participating on a committee

Welcome to all New YP members
Welcome to all of the new IAM Young Professional (IAM-YP) members who joined just prior to or at the Annual Meeting! Each year, the group receives an injection of enthusiasm and energy from its new members and we want to encourage you to get involved with the IAM-YP. If you have not done so already, please fill out the IAM-YP Annual Meeting survey to provide your input on the group and let us know if you are interested in participating on a committee.

If you have not done so already make sure to join the IAM-YP community on IAM Connected and the IAM-YP Facebook page. These channels are very valuable to connect with your fellow YPs for business and networking.

Please contact Margaret Kerr at Margaret.Kerr@IAMovers.org if you have any questions.

IAM Annual Meeting Review
On behalf of the IAM staff and IAM-YP leadership, we want to thank all the YPs that attended this year's meeting in Long Beach.
New Members' Meeting

This year most of the YP events were scheduled on the first day of the conference. The first YP event was the New Member Welcome. This meeting was an informal event where new YPs could engage with YP leadership, learn more about the group, and meet other YPs.
Team Building Event

For this year's team building event, YPs worked together to create superhero kits that were donated to the local children's hospital. YPs had to compete in several different challenges get the necessary materials to build their superhero. At the end of the event a representative from the Ronald McDonald House spoke about their charity and how thankful she was for the superhero kits.
YP Welcome Reception

The YP Welcome Reception was the last event held for the YPs on the first day of the conference. Held at the Cove, YPs enjoyed refreshments while having the opportunity to catch up and socialize with friends and business associates in a more informal setting.
YP Social Mixer

Every year the YP Social Mixer gets larger and larger and this year was no exception. Over 450 people attended this year's Social Mixer at the Federal Bar. With the mixer being open to both YP and non-YP members, this event has become one of 'must attend' events at the IAM Annual Meeting.

We want to thank NEDRAC and Gradlyn for sponsoring this year's social mixer.
YP Lounge

Last but certainly not least, thank you to UNIRISC for sponsoring the IAM-YP Lounge in the Exhibit Hall. Here, YPs were able to have a designated area to schedule their meetings.
