Quick updates of interest included in the notes attachment:

• COVID Health Protocol advisory is still not out. It was stated that if a TSP receives punitive action for failure to follow health protocols, they should be able to appeal that action.
• Army stated they believe they’ll see a larger push for PCS orders for later in the summer and even September. Overall annual numbers won’t change, but the overall timing for their moves will be later in the Peak.
