National Forwarding Co., Inc. hired Angela as a Claims Adjuster in 2005. She spent seven years in the Claims Department and was promoted to Technical Administrator in 2011. Her primary duties included the revamping of NFC’s website and organization and editing of Moving Forward, NFC’s popular newsletter. In 2019, she was promoted to Director of Administrative Services, focusing on improving core business functions of the company. In January of 2020, she started her journey towards gaining an MBA at Northern Illinois University. After 15 years in the transportation industry, Angela hopes to put her degree at use by continuing her work on process improvements and keeping up employee engagement at National. “The greatest asset of a company is its people; National has a long and dedicated tradition of taking care of its employees, and I want to be a part of that process.
