Rock, Paper, Scissors… SHOOT!

By Chris Lantz

What a way to kick off the IAM 60th annual conference, with the official opening after party hosted by the Domestic Asset-Based Movers Group, benefiting Move For Hunger! We couldn’t have done it without all the support of our sponsors too! Heck of a way to kick off being back to normal and in person again with nearly 1800 in attendance, representing about 100 countries! Then you roll out two amazing DAB-related panels that: Diversification, and Electronic Inventories, which both knocked it out of the park. I don’t think you can walk away from this conference thinking you got shorted one penny. From start to finish, the content at this conference for both Domestic and International agents was amazing. If you missed it this year, make the trip to Toronto in 2023 to get with the best the industry has to offer! Also, don’t forget that if you’re a Domestic Asset-Based agent and want to learn more about the DAB, feel free to reach out and see how easy it is to become a member of the largest growing group the industry has to offer with content and training that will blow your mind!

Ask a DAB

Q: Can you give a recap of the session at the Annual Meeting about diversification?

A: The session was moderated by DAB Vice Chair Lakelan Fennell of The Suddath Companies and opened with a brief introduction of the DAB Management Board (DMB) in order to display the board’s diversity of representation both in its individuals and its companies. Independents, vanline agents and industry veterans are all a part of the DMB.
