IAM Virtual Annual Meeting a Success

As you likely know, IAM just had its first Virtual Annual Meeting. All in all, we call it a success here in the IAM office. The Swapcard system IAM used for the meeting worked great and we have received lots of positive comments. and view the sessions you missed until November 25, when the videos will be taken offline. IAM will keep these videos and plans to make them available in the future as well. The networking and video call functions in Swapcard will work too as long as the system is online.

You weren't in the Room Where it Happened?

If you missed the Annual Meeting, you still have an opportunity to benefit from the wisdom shared, as well as the networking tools.

Different Attendance, Different Dynamics

As you might expect, the attendance numbers were different for this year's big event. We had 850 attendees, including relocation managers from several corporate clients, who shared their wisdom and taught our members how to better interact and serve their companies' needs.

Even though the attendance was about half of last year's, the engagement during sessions and between attendees was dramatically increased. The online system IAM partnered with gives detailed statistics that show how many connections were made, as well as messages exchanged, exhibitors visited, and more. This means that we can very precisely enumerate the value of the meeting.

By the Numbers

You can't argue with statistics. With more than 14k connections made, 446.k messages exchanged, 2500 total meetings, and 2400 video calls, IAM's Virtual Annual Meeting had a huge impact. Thank you to those who attended and made it a success!
