ISA Pays Largest Patronage Dividend in Its History for 2019

The Board of Directors of the has authorized payment of the annual Patronage Dividend for 2019 in the amount of $650,000 USD. The Patronage Dividend has been derived based on the 2019 North Atlantic and Pacific “through-put” activity each member firm has shipped through the ISA Military/Government Agency contractor – SEACO Shipping S.A. during 2019.

The 2019 Patronage Dividend is the largest ever paid out to the ISA Membership and is more than double what was distributed last year. Considering many of the negative events of this year, the ISA Board felt now was the time to tap the built-up Member’s Equity and provide a much-needed influx of cash. ISA thanks its members for their continued support of the Association.
