U.S. Court of Appeals Ruling - Current Guidance Issued by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) Sufficient

This week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District issued a decision, denying a suit that would have required OSHA to create an emergency workplace safety rule focused on COVID-19. OSHA issued this statement in response to the court's ruling, noting their existing statutes and requirements remain effective in protecting workers. To view OSHA-approved state plans, and their business and workplace applicability, click here.
