Japanese ports resume operations after typhoon, loading delays continue

Ports in Japan re-opened Monday after operations were suspended Sunday as Typhoon Trami made landfall, bringing strong winds and heavy rains. Trami, which at its peak packed maximum gusts of 216 kph, was weakening slightly but still causing extreme weather Monday, the Japan Meteorological Agency said.
