DP3 Personal Property Forum (PPF)

Please mark your calendars!  The DP3 fall PPF is scheduled for 18 November 2014.  This meeting will be held at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel, 319 Fountains Pkwy, Fairview Heights, IL  62208.  This meeting is scheduled from 0800-1600 central daylight time, and doors will open at 0730.  We are in the process of finalizing the agenda, but briefing topics include:  DP3 Update, Defense Personal Property System (DPS) Update, and Military Claims Office current topics.

In order to attend the event, meeting registration is required.  Attendees planning to be present should send an email confirming their attendance to army.sddc.safb.ppcf@mail.mil, specifying their company name and title.

While the PPF is free to attend, there is a $10.00 voluntary registration fee, which will be utilized to pay for meeting refreshments (coffee, tea, pastries, soda, and cookies).  While this fee is optional, all attendees who plan to partake in the refreshments are asked to please remit this fee.

The optional refreshment fee shall be made in the form of a check, made payable to the Personal Property Private Organization.  To ensure we order the appropriate refreshment quantities, checks must be mailed to Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command, ATTN:  Personal Property Private Organization, 1 Soldier Way, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5006 and must be received by 03 November 2014.  Documentation indicating registrant’s names should accompany the registration check(s).  Attendees who have sent a check in the mail, but are uncertain of arrival by 03 November, may also send an email to army.sddc.safb.ppcf@mail.mil indicating intent to pay the voluntary registration fee.  By exception, we will also accept cash payments at the door on 18 November 2014.  All official receipts will be provided upon entry to the PPF.
